I love the designs of many tattoo's but don't want one. I was as pleased as punch when I found Sacred Stitches - a Brighton based company who makes customised tattoo inspired cushions and clothes. All of the fun - none of the pain. And you will be able to see the tattoo really clearly, unlike say if it was on your back. All the classic designs are there; sugar skulls, swallows, skeletons and many other of the usual suspects. Personally I really like the butterfly skull cushion pictured but there is a lot more on their website including a really cool duvet cover.
